Welcome to Dreams.Done ("We," "Our," or "The Agency"). By engaging our travel advisory and planning services, submitting an inquiry, or booking travel arrangements through us, you ("Client," "You," or "Passenger") agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
Dreams.Done operates as an independent travel advisory service acting as an intermediary between you and third-party travel suppliers (airlines, hotels, tour operators, cruise lines, DMCs). All bookings are subject to the specific terms and policies of each individual supplier.
Initial consultations are complimentary. Any professional planning, curation, or service fees will be explicitly communicated and agreed upon in writing before substantive work or booking execution begins. Once agreed and paid, planning fees are strictly non-refundable.
Travel prices, availability, and currency exchange rates fluctuate constantly. Quotes are subject to change and are not guaranteed until a deposit or full payment is processed and confirmed by the supplier.
Every component of your trip is governed by the specific cancellation and modification policies of the respective supplier. Cancellations of remote transactions ("Esek Memukshav") will be handled in accordance with Israeli Consumer Protection Law (חוק הגנת הצרכן, תשמ"א-1981) and applicable statutory tourism exemptions.
It is the sole responsibility of the Client to ensure valid passports (6+ months validity), visas, transit permits, and required health/vaccination documentation are secured prior to departure.
Dreams.Done strongly recommends purchasing comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellation, interruption, and emergency medical expenses at the time of booking. Declining insurance is entirely at the Client’s own risk.
Dreams.Done acts solely as an agent for third-party providers and shall not be held liable for supplier defaults, third-party injuries, delays, or force majeure events.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Israel, with exclusive jurisdiction in competent courts located in Israel.
